For many years we have enjoyed the beaches along Florida’s panhandle. The area has received many nicknames over the years — one such name is “the Emerald Coast,” inspired by the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Along one portion of the coast runs a scenic highway known simply as “30A.”
